Carroll’s Kitchen is a nonprofit social enterprise restaurant in downtown Raleigh. We serve fresh grab-and-go breakfast and lunch, cater meetings and events, and run a Restorative Employment Model program that gives women overcoming crisis a paid job, culinary training and a path to lasting stability.

The tools that they gave me and the networks that they connected me with enabled me to not go back to prison, to not be put on parole, to not be homeless. Being at Carroll's Kitchen gave me the opportunity to truly find myself.
